Role Description

The Brand Coordinator – Accounts & MIS will be responsible for managing vendor accounts, processing purchase orders, handling MIS reporting, and ensuring smooth execution of branding-related financial and operational activities. This role acts as a bridge between the branding team, vendors, and the sales team to ensure timely execution and accurate data management.

2. Accounts & Payment Processing

3. MIS & Data Management

4. Coordination & Execution Support

5. Reporting & Presentation

6. Detailed knowledge of ATL/BTL

Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field 2–5 years of experience in Accounts, MIS, or Coordination role

• Experience in Tiles / Building Material industry (preferred)

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data management Basic understanding of accounting and payment processes Experience in PO generation and vendor management Good coordination and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Familiarity with ERP/software systems (preferred)
