Job Requirements
- A
passion for helping seniors

friends, and all team members.
- Ability to
communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- Ability to work every other weekend
Job Responsibilities
- Performs routine maintenance and repair of
residence, maintaining physical appearance of the grounds and building as well
as ensuring that the building is physically sound and safe
- Follows all established safety procedures and
precautions when performing maintenance service
- Maintains preventive maintenance schedules
- Assists with ordering and maintaining proper
inventory levels of maintenance supplies
- May act as contact person for vendors
performing maintenance jobs
Qualifications
- Ability to handle frequent lifting, bending,
stooping, climbing, pushing and stretching.
- Valid driver’s license in the state employed
- A high school diploma or General Education
Degree (GED)
