It's essential to have the following criteria: A minimum of 6-10 years' consulting experience Reached 'Manager' or 'Senior Manager' grade or equivalent at a top-tier consulting firm Experience leading a team in a significant workstream, project or programme, demonstrating strong project/programme management and consulting skills A proven history of building strong and trusted relationships with FTSE 250 clients Adept at communicating complex ideas persuasively and concisely An interest and exposure to technology as a key component of your projects A desire to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
