About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have 8 or more years of HR experience, with proven expertise in managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance within a construction company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the full HR spectrum – recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAE
Manage site-based workforce documentation and HR processes
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Handle performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary actions
Coordinate with site managers for manpower planning and mobilization
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in the construction industry
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience handling a multicultural workforce across multiple sites
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
