Research Advisor - India / Bengaluru (FTC)

BIT is looking for an experienced Research Advisor with strong quantitative research skills, including coding and analysis, and a passion for social impact. As a Research Advisor you will play a fundamental role in our work in India, delivering projects in a range of policy areas. You will work as part of our local team in India, but have the opportunity to meet many of our UK based colleagues as they provide remote support for some of work in India. This role is a Full Time role on Fixed Term Contract for 9 months (with the possibility to be converted to permanent). The role is based in Bangalore with a hybrid working pattern and with regular expected travel within India.

The Behavioural Insights Team is the world leader in applying behavioural science to public policy challenges in order to strengthen communities and improve lives. We have offices in London, Paris, New York, Sydney & Singapore. In India we are partnering with the UK India Business Council (UKIBC) to establish our first team of consultants. The successful candidate will be employed by UKIBC.
