</div><div>We’re looking for a <strong>Front of House Shift Manager</strong> who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and knows how to deliver an exceptional guest experience.<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts</li>
<li>Open/close the restaurant and ensure smooth daily operations</li>
<li>Lead and support the front-of-house team across all positions</li>
<li>Deliver top-tier guest service—even during high-volume shifts</li>
<li>Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and confidence</li>
<li>Train, coach, and motivate team members</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards</li>
<li>Handle cash, POS systems, and daily reporting accurately</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>1+ year of leadership experience</li>
<li>1+ year of front-of-house experience (serving, hosting, bartending)</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment</li>
<li>Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends required)</li>
<li>POS and cash-handling experience</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Schedule & Environment<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>3–5 Manager-on-Duty shifts per week</li>
<li>Additional FOH shifts to maintain full-time hours</li>
<li>Mostly evenings and closing shifts (including weekends)</li>
<li>Active role: standing, walking, lifting, and working with kitchen equipment</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Pay & Perks<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li><strong>$23–$25/hour (DOE)</strong></li>
<li>Free shift meal</li>
