About the Opportunity

Join our fast‑growing Events & Learning team and gain hands‑on experience planning high‑impact events and driving workshop enrollments. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals, own real projects from day one, and build a portfolio that showcases both creative flair and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Event ManagementWorkshop / Sales Enablement

  •  Assist in end‑to‑end planning of conferences, meet‑ups, and webinars (venue research, vendor coordination, budgeting, run‑of‑show).
  •  Generate and qualify leads for paid workshops via email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
  •  Coordinate logistics: registrations, collateral, speaker travel, on‑site setup, attendee experience, post‑event surveys.
  •  Maintain CRM records, track conversions, and prepare weekly sales dashboards.
  •  Craft event briefs, timelines, and status reports for internal stakeholders.
  •  Support the design of pitch decks, price sheets, and outbound campaigns.
  •  Liaise with Marketing to create event pages, social media posts, and emailers.
  •  Follow up on inquiries, schedule demo calls, and nurture prospects to close.
  •  Analyze event ROI, compile feedback, and recommend improvements.
  •  Collaborate with trainers to tailor workshop offerings to client needs. What We’re Looking For Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree—preferred majors: Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.

Skills

Exceptional verbal & written communication.

Strong project‑management and multitasking abilities.

Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Persuasive attitude and willingness to make outbound calls.

Eye for detail, creativity, and a “make‑it‑happen” mindset.

Bonus Points: Prior experience in college fests, student clubs, or sales competitions.
