Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and
enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive with 5–10 years of experience, who is
passionate about recruitment and has hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring.
The role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while
ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement
understanding to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and
hiring priorities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms,
networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined
timelines
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and candidate follow-ups
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring
journey
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring
practices
Key Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring
techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
