Senior HR Recruitment Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive with 5–10 years of experience, who is passionate about recruitment and has hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring. The role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to onboarding
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and referrals
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
  
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines
  
• Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and candidate follow-ups
  
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices
  

Key Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
  
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates
  
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
