Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification (or cross-over within 90 days), CPR for Professional Rescuer with AED, First Aid, Baltimore County and City Pool Operator's certification, ability to work weekends and weekdays 6am-10pm, female required for female-only swim times, physical fitness and swimming tests.
