About Us
Luxury travel is becoming a $50 billion industry by 2030, and no company has been built to own it. Vara5 is being built to be that company: the world’s finest network of travel curators, paired with AI built to do what this category never could.
The technology finds every option in seconds. A perfect journey still needs a human touch. That’s where you come in.
The Program
The Vara5 Apprenticeship Program finds young, ambitious graduates and trains them to become travel curators. Over six months, you are trained by senior professionals in every part of how a luxury journey is designed and delivered, then put to work on real journeys for real clients. At the end, you join us full time, in a role that usually takes years of experience to reach.
This is not an internship. It is a paid apprenticeship from day one, and strong performers move through faster.
Who You Are
- The Monk Who Can Arrange a Ferrari. When the day becomes a multiverse of madness, you are the calm voice of reason.
- Ambition That Knows No Limit. Your ambition puts James Bond to shame. Your dreams are as big as ours.
- The Obsessive Perfectionist. You know the devil lies in the details. No detail goes unnoticed by you.
- The Athlete. Discipline is your superpower, and you are not frightened of the hours it takes to become the G.O.A.T.
Who We’re Looking For
Recent graduates of leading universities and hospitality schools, in any discipline. No travel qualification or industry experience is needed. What you do need: a real love of travel, excellent written and spoken English, organisation, comfort with numbers, and ease with new technology.
If you do not fit this exactly but believe you can outwork, outlearn and outlast the people who do, apply anyway and tell us why.
P.S. You do still need to be a college graduate to be considered.
Why this is worth your time?
- A four year head start. You leave six months later already doing a job most people take years to reach.
- Access to the world’s finest. You work with the best hotels in the world, taught by people who have spent their careers at the top of this industry.
- A real path to full time. That is the model, not a maybe.
- Early is the only thing you cannot get later. The people who join Vara5 now will be running parts of it in a few years.
So, if you want to do the best work of your life and have the best time doing it, apply now!
