About the role
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision, goals, and objectives for the vocational rehabilitation department to enhance client outcomes.
Operational Management: Direct daily operations, including case assignment, Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) approval, and quality assurance of services.
Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as job placement rates, case retention, and client satisfaction; develop strategies to improve metrics.
Staff Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and train vocational rehabilitation counselors and job developers to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Employer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain partnerships with local employers, industries, and community agencies to create customized job opportunities
