About the role
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Design, implement, and maintain IaC solutions using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and other frameworks.
Automate provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Cloud Management:
Architect and manage cloud environments to ensure high availability, resiliency, scalability, and cost optimization.
Leverage multi-cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for hosting applications and services.
CI/CD Pipelines and Automation:
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment using GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Implement Helm charts, Ansible playbooks, and YAML configurations for automation.
Monitoring and Observability:
Configure and maintain monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, Splunk, and Prometheus to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
Establish best practices for incident response and performance tuning.
Scripting and Development:
Automate repetitive tasks and processes using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages.
Develop custom tools and scripts to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with development teams to support feature releases and troubleshoot application issues.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 availability of critical systems.
Document all processes, automation scripts, and configurations for team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
