Hiring: Thailand Country Partner — Creator Economy & Growth
FAHDU is preparing its Thailand market entry and we are looking for a strong Thailand-based operator to help us build our creator monetization ecosystem in Thailand and eventually across ASEAN.
FAHDU is a creator monetization platform from India that helps creators earn directly from their superfans through subscriptions, paid chats, live sessions, audio/video calls, wishlist, tips, and creator-success playbooks. We are now exploring Thailand as our first international expansion market and are looking for someone who deeply understands Thai creators, influencer culture, digital communities, and creator monetization.
This is not a generic digital marketing role. We are looking for a serious operator who can help us understand the market, build creator relationships, onboard creators, develop agency partnerships, and shape FAHDU’s Thailand growth strategy from the ground up.

Thailand Country Partner — Creator Economy & Growth
Location: Thailand preferred, Bangkok strongly preferred
Engagement: Initially consulting / project-based / part-time-to-full-time potential
Long-term potential: Country Partner / Thailand Growth Lead depending on execution and alignment
What You Will Work On
You will help FAHDU enter and grow in Thailand by working directly on creator acquisition, creator activation, local partnerships, and market insights.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and shortlist Thai creators across lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, fitness, travel, astrology, beauty, gaming, livestreaming, and personality-led niches.
- Build relationships with creators, influencer agencies, KOL managers, talent managers, and creator communities.
- Help onboard the first set of Thai creators to FAHDU.
- Understand how Thai creators currently monetize through TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LINE, livestreaming, agencies, brand deals, and fan communities.
- Help define FAHDU’s Thailand creator pitch, onboarding process, pricing approach, and creator support model.
- Conduct creator interviews and collect feedback on what Thai creators need from a monetization platform.
- Help move creators from social platforms to FAHDU by building practical creator activation strategies.
- Support localization of FAHDU’s creator communication, onboarding material, landing pages, and creator education content.
- Identify payment, payout, trust, content, and user-behaviour expectations in the Thai creator market.
- Build early agency partnerships and creator referral channels.
- Work with the founder/team to create a 30/60/90-day Thailand launch plan.
- Track creator acquisition, activation, monetization, and early GMV performance.
- Help FAHDU prepare for Thailand-first and ASEAN expansion.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Based in Thailand, preferably Bangkok.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Strongly connected to creators, influencers, KOLs, agencies, livestreamers, or creator communities.
- Experienced in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, digital marketing, talent management, creator economy, livestream commerce, TikTok Shop, entertainment, media, or social commerce.
- Commercially sharp and comfortable working with numbers, targets, and creator monetization goals.
- Able to bring real creator conversations, not just strategy.
- Comfortable working with an early-stage startup where systems are being built fast.
- Strong in communication, follow-ups, relationship-building, and execution.
- Trustworthy, transparent, and founder-minded.
- Interested in building something long-term, not just doing a short freelance task.
Strong Plus If You Have
- Experience working with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LINE, livestream commerce, or Thai creator agencies.
- Existing relationships with Thai creators or influencer managers.
- Experience launching or scaling creator campaigns.
- Understanding of paid communities, subscriptions, fan monetization, digital payments, or creator platforms.
- Experience across Thailand and other ASEAN markets such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, or Malaysia.
- Ability to help recruit local creators, agencies, and future team members.
What We Are Not Looking For
This role is not for someone who only wants a title without execution.
We are not looking for:
- Passive advisors.
- People without creator or agency networks.
- Generic digital marketers with no creator economy experience.
- People who only want equity upfront.
- People who cannot bring creator conversations or market access.
- People looking for a simple salary role without ownership mindset.
First 90-Day Expectations
The initial engagement will be milestone-driven. During the first 90 days, we would expect you to help with:
- 100+ qualified Thai creator leads.
- 30–50 creator conversations.
- 20–30 serious creator onboarding opportunities.
- 10–15 potential monetized creators.
- 2–3 agency / KOL network partnerships.
- Thailand creator feedback report.
- Localized FAHDU creator pitch.
- 30/60/90-day Thailand growth plan.
- Early roadmap for Thailand and ASEAN expansion.
Exact targets can be discussed based on your network, experience, and availability.
Compensation Structure
We are open to discussing a structure that can include:
- Monthly consulting retainer.
- Performance bonus per qualified creator onboarded.
- Bonus for monetized creators.
- GMV / revenue-linked incentives.
- Long-term country partner role based on execution.
- Possible larger leadership / partnership opportunity after performance, trust, and strategic alignment are proven.
We prefer to start with a practical working relationship first, prove execution, and then build the long-term structure together.
