What You Will Do:
- Deliver Engaging Instruction: Teach middle and/or senior school English literature and language, utilizing global best practices in lesson planning.
- Embrace Modern Pedagogy: Integrate modern methodologies into your classroom, from utilizing AI tools for enhanced learning to applying principles of Visible Learning and neuroscience-backed educational strategies.
- Strengthen Foundations: Drive foundational language skills through structured, comprehensive grammar frameworks across middle school classes.
- Lead Beyond the Classroom: Actively mentor students in extracurricular communicative arts. You will have the opportunity to guide students in after-school skill camps focusing on public speaking, creative writing, and theatre, as well as coordinate participation in regional literary festivals.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the academic leadership team to continuously refine the curriculum and assessment strategies.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Master’s Degree in English (for PGT) or Bachelor’s Degree in English (for TGT), accompanied by a B.Ed. from a recognized university.
- Experience: Proven experience teaching English at the middle or high school level with a strong track record of student engagement.
- Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Mindset: A continuous learner who stays updated on educational trends and is passionate about holistic student development.
