Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ambikapur for a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) specializing in Hindi. The TGT Hindi will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging Hindi language lessons aligned with the school's academic curriculum. The role involves assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and fostering an environment conducive to learning. The teacher will also participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and contribute to the co-curricular programs to support student growth and development. The responsibility includes creating resourceful lesson plans and inspiring a love for language and literature among students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hindi language teaching, including strong grammar, vocabulary, and literature knowledge
• Experience in creating lesson plans, assessments, and using instructional strategies for diverse learning needs
• Competence in classroom management and fostering an interactive learning environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues
• Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning tools and digital classroom platforms
• Relevant teaching certification (B.Ed.) and a bachelor's or higher degree in Hindi or a related field
• Prior teaching experience in a school setting is preferred
• Passion for teaching, flexibility, and a commitment to lifelong learning
