Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated TGT Hindi and Sanskrit teacher for a full-time, on-site role at our Lucknow campus. The role involves developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing student performance, and fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Responsibilities extend to encouraging students' interest in the Hindi and Sanskrit languages, organizing activities to enhance their learning, and collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum plans. The role also requires maintaining student records and ensuring the holistic development of every child.

Qualifications

• Strong command of the Hindi and Sanskrit languages, including grammar and literature
• Experience in curriculum planning, lesson preparation, and effective classroom management
• Ability to assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and colleagues
• Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes, including creating engaging teaching materials and utilizing digital tools
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Sanskrit, Education, or a related field
• Teaching certification and prior experience as a TGT or similar role preferred
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
