Role Description
This is a full-time TGT English Teacher role based on-site in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons in English that align with the curriculum, fostering an interactive and supportive classroom environment, and assessing student performance to facilitate their learning and development. The teacher will also be expected to mentor students, participate in school events, and contribute to the creation of a positive, collaborative teaching environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in English Teaching and a thorough understanding of language and literature.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to design captivating instructional materials.
- Knowledge of contemporary Education techniques and pedagogical practices.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and mentoring students effectively.
- Previous teaching experience and knowledge of applicable curricula and teaching standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Teacher certification or relevant teaching credentials are highly preferred.
