Role OverviewThe TGT – English is responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language instruction to middle school students in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. The role contributes significantly to the school’s academic excellence and overall student development.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver structured English lessons as per CBSE guidelines
- Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Encourage classroom participation and critical thinking
- Manage classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
- Participate in school activities, events, and parent-teacher meetings
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English with B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Experience: 2–5 years of teaching experience (CBSE preferred)
- Skills: Strong command of English language and grammar
