Role Description
We are seeking a full-time TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) for English at our Bengaluru campus. The candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum. Key responsibilities include evaluating student progress, preparing assessments, and fostering an inclusive and motivating classroom environment. Additionally, the teacher will actively participate in school events, parent interactions, and training sessions to ensure the holistic development of students. This is an on-site position.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English Teaching, with the ability to design and deliver comprehensive lessons.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear and effective verbal and written communication.
- Experience in Translation and the ability to assist students with language-related challenges.
- Customer Service skills to address student and parent queries effectively, ensuring a supportive academic experience.
- Capable of Training and mentoring students to enhance their language proficiency and overall learning.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in English or a related subject with a teaching degree such as B.Ed
- Experience teaching English at the middle or high school level is preferred.
- Experience of teaching CBSE Curriculum
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Passion for education and fostering student growth in a residential school environment.
