Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Chemistry at Mount Litera Zee School Nalgonda. The Chemistry teacher will be responsible for conducting classroom sessions, creating lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include conducting laboratory experiments, maintaining student records, and collaborating with other faculty members to ensure curriculum goals are met effectively. The role demands strong teaching and communication skills to ensure students develop a thorough understanding of chemistry concepts.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Chemistry, with the ability to explain scientific principles in an engaging and clear manner.
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and conducting practical experiments in an educational setting.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate student performance, assess progress, and interpret scientific data.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering understanding and collaboration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field, along with a recognized teaching qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching Experience at grade 9&10 in reputed CBSE schools.
- Must be able to handle Foundation level Chemistry (JEE & NEET).
