Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate services such as bulk SMS, bulk email, and Whatsapp messaging etc.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information and sales progress.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in [Languages required English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada]
0-2 years of experience.
Ability to be clear and precise.
A positive attitude and the ability to handle objections with ease.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
