IT Analyst

Responsible for designing, developing and managing application using Microsoft Power Apps platform. Works with various internal stake holders to gather requirements, build solutions and ensure successful application deployment that fulfills business needs. This role also involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing application performance, and updating the application based on internal / external requirements. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Gain core business understanding of Textron Aviation and aircraft design, operation, and support - Develop and deploy PowerApps projects based on internal customer specifications - Support data analytics and data science team by implementing, and upgrading the Power Apps applications - Install and update software to ensure data platform continuity - Research and lead implementation of new technologies - Interface with other data professionals throughout the organization to embrace cross functional growth - Plan and execute projects according to established milestones and schedules - Conduct project/program briefings to management and end users - Communicate with relevant stake holders and builds solutions TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES - Strong programming skills in Microsoft PowerApps - Familiarity with Python, Java, or other OOP languages - Experience with Power BI development is a plus - Experience in Database development, Web application development is a plus ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES - Exceptional communication (verbal, written) skills - Action oriented and seizes opportunities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Quickly grasps new concepts when faced with unfamiliar tasks - Professional and diplomatic demeanor - Team player - Should be self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of the team - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Cross cultural work experience - Good Problem solving skills - Effective time and priority management
