We are currently hiring Sales Professionals for a Textile manufacturing startup. Candidates with more than 10 years of experience in Textile Sales will be considered.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Textile Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth within the textile industry. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and providing training and mentorship to the sales team to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (more than 10 years) in sales and business development within the textile or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies and meet targets
- Proficiency in market analysis and understanding industry trends
- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a competitive market
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of digital sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Availability to work remotely with occasional travel as needed
