Role summary
We are looking for a friendly, design-minded Textile / Interior Designer to help customers choose the right rugs and to create product catalogs. You will guide customers, curate selections, and prepare catalogs for different channels (marketplace, B2B, B2C).
Key responsibilities
• Create Selection Sheets: Understand customer needs and the space; recommend rugs (size, design, color, material) that suit the area and style.
• Catalog creation: Design and curate catalogs and lookbooks tailored to marketplace listings, B2B clients, and direct customers.
• Customer-facing support: Communicate clearly and warmly in English; build strong relationships and follow up with customers.
• Requirement analysis: Listen to customer briefings, measure spaces (or guide customers to provide measurements), and propose the best rug solutions.
• Coordinate with teams: Work with photography, product, and sales teams to ensure accurate product information and visuals.
• Maintain product knowledge: Keep up-to-date with our rug range, materials, and production timelines.
Who we’re looking for
• 1+ year experience in textile design, interior design, or similar.
• Background in textile design, interior design, or similar (degree or equivalent experience).
• Strong eye for color, pattern, and scale, especially for rugs and soft furnishings.
• Confident English communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Experience creating catalogs, product selections, or lookbooks.
• Customer-first attitude, patient and service-oriented.
• Comfortable using basic tools: Google Sheets, Slides, and photo/visual tools (Canva, Photoshop basic).
• Prior experience with e-commerce or marketplaces in Carpet/Rug industry is a plus.

• Home office setup
• Salary: INR 20,000–25,000 per month.
