Hiring – Senior Textile / Production Engineer
📍 Masat, Silvassa
🏭 Monofilament Yarn Manufacturing Industry
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Textile / Production Engineer with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in extrusion-based textile manufacturing, preferably in monofilament yarn, plastic processing, technical textile, or filament extrusion industries.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in managing production lines, process optimization, troubleshooting, quality control, and reducing machine dependency on operators through systems and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle and supervise extrusion production lines
- Optimize machine parameters to improve productivity, quality, and wastage control
- Identify and resolve production and process-related issues
- Develop SOPs and standardized systems for smooth plant operations
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce dependency on manpower
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for continuous production
- Monitor raw material performance and process consistency
- Train operators and production staff on best practices
- Support new product development and process trials
Candidate Profile:
- 5–10 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Strong exposure to extrusion machinery and filament/monofilament production
- Practical understanding of polymers, process parameters, and production systems
- Ability to independently lead shop-floor operations
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
- B.Tech / BE in Textile Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Plastic Engineering, or related field
