About the role

Responsibilities: - Assist the HR team in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and assist in the recruitment process. - Schedule interviews and manage the candidate database. - Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates. - Provide administrative support to the HR team as required. Requirements: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. - Proficient in MS Office applications. - Good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
