Data Analyst II Are you a data enthusiast who loves uncovering insights and driving positive change? Do you have a knack for transforming complex data into clear, actionable information? While we are headquartered in Austin, we have offices statewide. As a Data Analyst II, you'll play a crucial role in helping TWC Human Resources make data-driven decisions. You'll be part of a team that analyzes data, identifies trends, and develops solutions to improve HR deliverables. The Data Analyst will work in the office Monday - Friday, located at 101 E. 15th St., Austin, TX. What You'll Do: - Consult with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements. - Compile and query data from various sources. - Analyze data using standard statistical tools, methods, and techniques. - Identify and interpret data patterns, trends, and anomalies. - Assess and monitor data quality, implementing improvements as needed. - Prepare concise and comprehensive technical reports to present findings and recommendations. - Assist in developing data standards and data quality measures. - Contribute to the development of databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies. What You'll Need to Get Hired: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in data analysis techniques and statistical software. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality. - Knowledge of data models, database design, and data mining techniques. - Experience writing clear and concise technical reports. Minimum Qualifications: -One year of full-time experience in data science, business analytics, computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field. -Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.
