While we are headquartered in Austin, we have offices statewide. As a Data Analyst II, you'll play a crucial role in helping TWC Human Resources make data-driven decisions. You'll be part of a team that analyzes data, identifies trends, and develops solutions to improve HR deliverables. The Data Analyst will work in the office Monday - Friday, located at 101 E. 15th St., Austin, TX. What You'll Do: - Consult with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements. - Compile and query data from various sources. - Analyze data using standard statistical tools, methods, and techniques. - Identify and interpret data patterns, trends, and anomalies. - Assess and monitor data quality, implementing improvements as needed. - Prepare concise and comprehensive technical reports to present findings and recommendations. - Assist in developing data standards and data quality measures. - Contribute to the development of databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies.
