The Project Coordinator role is responsible for assisting Technical Project Managers with tracking, updating, and disseminating of project details for large-scale National Account commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment projects. They will monitor the overall progress of projects to be sure milestones are on track. This will be achieved by working closely with our National Accounts team to learn our processes and ultimately deliver on our high standards for customer satisfaction and success.
The Project Coordinator must have exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Candidate must demonstrate the ability and willingness to communicate clearly, concisely, and diplomatically. Outstanding attention to detail, willingness to collaborate in a team setting, and excellent organizational skills are critical in a culture valuing honesty, integrity, dedication, resourcefulness, independence, and taking ownership. Candidate must have the ability to develop and maintain deep customer and stakeholder relationships based on trust.
