Job Description:
- Perform HPLC and UPLC analysis in accordance with established methods, with accurate documentation and timely entry of results into the LIMS system.
- Must have experience working with Empower software.
- Follow cGMP, GLP, GDP, DI, and ALCOA++ guidelines, along with all laboratory and safety protocols, including proper PPE usage.
- Accurately prepare samples, standards, and reagents according to SOPs and test procedures, ensuring use of qualified glassware, solvents, and reference standards.
- Execute HPLC analysis for new product technology transfer and perform method verification for pharmacopoeia methods in accordance with SOP requirements.
- Initiate investigations for deviations (LIR, OOT, OOS, DR) as required during analysis.
- Manage, store, and maintain HPLC standards, columns, reagents, and instruments according to SOP and monograph requirements; maintain calibration and verification records.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization using 5S principles; manage instrument logbooks and online documentation.
- Report all unsafe acts, conditions, near misses, and events; participate in safety training, mock drills, and safety promotion activities to ensure EHS KPIs are met.
- Participate in scientific and development activities, including validation processes and analytical method development.
- Execute non-routine activities through the work permit system and perform other duties as assigned by QC leadership.
Qualifications:Experience Level: 5-8 Years
Industry Experience: API Experience is required
Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry
