About the role
As Marketing Manager – for one of the core categories you will have the opportunity to develop and implement the category strategy for the growth of business in Tetra Pak South Asia Markets. This position plays an important role in building the category amongst customers and consumers by creating awareness on the benefits and value of products in carton.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, South Asia Markets, you will be part of the core team of Tetra Pak that will work with local and multinational customers to drive business exponentially. You will be required to work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and customers while leading the overall business responsibility for the category.
What you will do
Develop and implement a 3 year business plan to grow Tetra Pak sales in the category
Develop, document and disseminate knowledge on the category to the stakeholders within and outside the company
Partner with the key account team and customers to drive new concepts incorporating marketing and consumer knowledge
Partner with the global teams to develop and roll out strategic initiatives
Understand the complete value chain for key food and beverage customers, from processing to retail and consumer, to build and implement growth oriented solutions in packaging and processing
