• Perform manual testing of the Local Taxi mobile applicatio
n• Conduct field testing by simulating real ride-booking scenario
s• Perform office-based testing to check app functionality and workflow
s• Identify bugs, glitches, or usability issu
e•Report findings clearly to the product and operations tea
m• Support improvements in user experience and operational processe
