Job Description
Position: Testing and Assembly Engineer
Qualification: - Diploma / Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical
Experience: - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Salary: - ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Electrical assembly of panels, chargers, or equipment as per drawings and specifications
- Wiring of electrical panels, switchgear assemblies, and components
- Installation and assembly of electrical switchgears
- Perform electrical testing, continuity checks, and functional testing
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues during assembly and testing
- Prepare and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for electrical assembly, wiring, and testing activities
- Ensure SOP adherence on the shop floor and support process standardization
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth execution
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of electrical switchgears
- Hands-on experience in wiring and electrical assembly
- Good understanding of electrical testing procedures
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of SOP documentation and process improvement
- Awareness of safety practices in electrical systems
