Senior Product Advisor (Americas)

As a Senior Product Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing world-class product support to our customers in the Americas region. You'll act as a subject matter expert, working closely with customers to understand their needs and help them get the most out of our products. This includes everything from onboarding and training to troubleshooting and issue resolution. You'll also play a key role in gathering customer feedback and feeding it back to our product team to help shape the future roadmap. To be successful in this role, you'll need strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
