Job title: Tester Automation

We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for mobile and/or web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest, and a strong understanding of QA processes. You will play a key role in ensuring application quality through robust automation practices and continuous testing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and Appium
- Work on mobile automation (Android/iOS) using JavaScript and/or Kotlin
- Execute automation test suites and share daily execution reports
- Analyze test failures and collaborate with team members for root cause analysis
- Update scripts based on requirement changes and defect fixes
- Prepare and manage test data and environment configurations
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure test coverage and alignment with functional test cases
- Review and maintain manual test cases alongside automation
- Follow QA processes including defect tracking, regression testing, and reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in software testing
- Minimum 1.5+ years in automation testing
Technical Skills
- Experience with Selenium and Appium (Mobile Automation)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (mandatory if Kotlin not known)
- Exposure to Kotlin (preferred)
- Understanding of Android/iOS testing concepts (app lifecycle, permissions, logs)
- Knowledge of web testing concepts (if working with Selenium)
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
