Title: Test Technician
Experience: 2-3 Years
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai
Pay Rate: 3.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Perform BGA (Ball Grid Array) soldering and rework on sensitive electronic components.
- Support R&D and production activities requiring precision rework skills.
- Conduct soldering, desoldering, component placement, and repair tasks.
- Perform technical tests and practical rework tasks as part of quality processes.
- Work closely with engineering teams during debugging and rework cycles.
- Ensure compliance with ESD standards, safety guidelines, and process documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Handson experience with BGA rework stations and tools (Hot Air, IR Rework, Soldering Stations, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SMT, PCB handling, microsoldering, and component replacement.
- Ability to handle sensitive and highdensity components with precision.
- Experience with reballing, BGA alignment, and optical inspection preferred.
- Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC7711/7721 is a plus).
- Ability to interpret schematics, rework instructions, and process documents.
Interview Process
- Round 1: Technical interview (theory + soldering knowledge).
- Round 2: Practical test – BGA rework demonstration (Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai).
