Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Test Engineer/QA Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The role involves creating and executing test strategies, managing the testing process, and ensuring product quality through rigorous test management practices. The professional will perform hands-on test execution, report findings, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Test Management, Test Execution, and Testing techniques
- Ability to design and implement effective Test Strategies
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance best practices and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience with software testing tools and systems is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role or in software testing is preferred
