Role Description
We are seeking a Test Rig Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow. The Test Rig Engineer will be responsible for performing various testing activities, including the design and execution of test cases and the implementation of functional testing processes. This role involves working with complex systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably, and the engineer will be actively involved in executing tests and analyzing test results.
Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in supervision and operation of:
- Electrical & Electronic systems
- Automation systems (LabVIEW & PLC systems)
- Mechanical components of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Test Systems
- Knowledge of:
- Hydraulic & pneumatic circuits
- Control panels & instrumentation
- Data acquisition systems
- Preventive & breakdown troubleshooting
- Ability to coordinate testing activities and supervise technicians
- Diploma / ITI / Trade Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance of test rigs
- Hydraulic & pneumatic systems (simplex to complex systems)
- Electrical & electronic integrated systems
- Fabrication and welding
- Reading hydraulic & electrical schematics
- Troubleshooting pumps, valves, cylinders
- Basic PLC & panel-level fault finding
