Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Test Prep Counsellor based in Bengaluru. The Test Prep Counsellor will manage consultations with prospective students and their families, providing guidance on various standardized tests such as GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and PTE. Day-to-day responsibilities also include counseling students on educational opportunities abroad, assisting with admissions processes, and offering advice on visa application procedures. The ideal candidate will work closely with students to understand their individual goals and design tailored strategies to help them achieve success.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for providing tailored counseling services.
- Ability to educate and advise students on standardized test preparation (e.g., GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, PTE).
- Experience with overseas education admissions processes for countries such as the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Germany.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple student profiles and ensuring adherence to deadlines and guidelines.
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
