Job Title: Quality Engineer – Salesforce Process & Integration Testing Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Invoice, and Case Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with UI and API automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured, Postman).
- Proficiency in SQL / SOQL / Python for data validation and ETL testing.
- Experience with data reconciliation, report testing, and integration validations (e.g., Salesforce ↔ ERP, CPQ ↔ Billing).
- Knowledge of test design methodologies, defect lifecycle, and QA governance processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps & CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to AI-assisted test automation tools (Copilot, Testim, or similar).
- Knowledge of OpenAI APIs or MCP-based testing for LLM-assisted regression analysis.
- Familiarity with APEX testing, Salesforce APIs, and metadata validation.
- Understanding of revenue recognition and data compliance (SOX / GDPR).
- Experience in test data modeling and synthetic data generation for CRM/CPQ/Billing workflows.
Communication & Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication across business and technical teams.
Minimum
Strong programming knowledge in Java.
Hands-on experience with Selenium/ Playwright for test automation.
Experience working with Virtuoso or other AI-based automation tools.
Experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
- Good to have Salesforce CRM applications.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
