We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to lead manage Test management of a Cash management and Trade Finance System. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing technology projects in banking or financial services, with a strong understanding of trade finance processes, system integrations, and regulatory compliance. The role requires stakeholder coordination, risk management, and on-time delivery of the project within scope and budget.
The role requires expertise in managing cross-functional teams, technology implementations, regulatory compliance, and optimizing trading workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a trade finance system, integrating market data, risk management tools, and payment/settlement mechanisms.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in project management, trade finance, or banking technology implementation.
- Strong understanding of Trade Finance products (LCs, BGs, Documentary Collections, Supply Chain Finance, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Trade Finance systems (e.g., OBTF, Finastra Fusion Trade Innovation, Surecomp, Eximbills, or similar) is preferred.
- Experience in system integration, API management, and financial data migration.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance related to Trade Finance.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
