Test Manager (Banking – Cash Management & Corporate Internet Banking)
Location & Other Details
- Location: MBP, Navi Mumbai (WFO)
- Travel: Open to international travel (as required)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in Corporate Internet Banking and Cash Management systems. The role demands deep knowledge of payments, collections, liquidity management, and corporate onboarding, along with strong capabilities in test management, automation leadership, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end test management across banking programs
- Define and execute test strategy, planning, execution, and delivery
- Drive automation initiatives with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency
- Oversee cash management and corporate banking testing landscapes
- Ensure strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Manage defect lifecycle and test processes using JIRA
- Work closely with business, product, and technology teams
- Drive quality assurance in Agile environments
- Mentor and manage testing teams to ensure delivery excellence
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
- 12+ years of experience in QA / Testing (Functional + Automation)
- 10+ years of Banking domain experience
- Recent 4+ years of experience in Corporate Internet Banking (CIB)
- Strong experience in Cash Management: Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management
- Experience in Corporate Customer Onboarding and KYC processes
- Automation leadership experience (last 4+ years) with proven ROI delivery
- Strong experience in test management, reporting, and governance
- Hands-on with JIRA (Defect & Test Management – 2 to 3 years)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience in CMS Collections
- Exposure to Agile methodologies (3–4 years)
