Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead QA strategy, execution, and delivery with a strong focus on test automation (70%) and solid expertise in manual testing (30%). The ideal candidate will drive quality initiatives, manage testing teams, and ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy across automation and manual testing streams
• Design and implement automation frameworks and test strategies
• Manage QA teams, test planning, execution, and reporting
• Ensure release quality, defect tracking, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with Dev, Product, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery
• Define KPIs, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee test environments, data setup, and regression cycles
  
  

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Solid manual testing expertise (functional, regression, UAT)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration
• API testing experience (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with performance or security testing is a plus
