Job Description:
- Start to drive projects in the Scrum fashion and adopt Agile methodology
- Look over the overall quality of the deliverables and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the delivery teams and business stakeholders on test requirements, QA estimates, and resource needs across one or more projects
- Delivery Planning & Budgeting
- Delivery Reviews (Typically weekly review)
- Review Test Plan/Summary Report
- Review Test Strategy
- Provide and control the project test plan execution, assigns responsibilities to team members, and provides visibility on the progress, risks, and mitigation plans regularly
- Manage Risks/Issues
- Managing business escalations
- Managing internal escalations
- Team Coordination
- Business Reporting
- Internal Reporting
- Managing the QA Team
- Building Capability / Quality of resources
- Continuous Improvement
- Implement QE standards / Quality Maturity Index
- Identifying Improvements
- Good experience on reporting metrics
