Role Description
The Test Manager role at Edvensoft Solutions is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The Test Manager will oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including planning and executing testing strategies, designing and maintaining test cases, and managing the test execution process. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal quality of deliverables, identify and resolve issues, and continuously refine testing methodologies to maintain high-quality standards. The role also involves leading and mentoring a team to achieve project objectives effectively.
Role Requirements:
13–15 years of experience in software testing
Strong expertise in Selenium & Playwright
Proven experience in team management & stakeholder communication
Prior experience in the Healthcare domain is preferred
