Experience, Technical and Soft Skills
- ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL-TA) or equivalent commercial testing experience.
- Strong test leadership experience within Agile/DevOps environments.
- Expert level knowledge of test management tools, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risk.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and presentation abilities.
- Able to coach and support tester development.
- Skilled communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to assess and improve test coverage and test design.
- IT related degree or equivalent experience in an IT discipline.
- Experience in using Agile development methodologies and associated tools, e.g. Azure boards.
- Experience in SQL/database testing and CI/CD integration.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
