🚀 Hiring: QA Test Lead – Trade Finance (Oracle and Islamic products)
We are looking for an experienced QA Test Lead – Oracle Trade Finance covering Islamic Trade Finance products (Murabaha LC, Wakalah LC, Kafalah Guarantees, Islamic Bills & Financing).
🔍 Role & Responsibilities:
- Expert in Oracle Trade Finance applications with Islamic products.
- Assign tasks to team members and manage workload efficiently
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and testing progress
- Capture, analyze, and manage new project requirements
- Coordinate with business users for inputs, reviews, and approvals
- Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation
- Report on testing activities including:
- Test execution status
- Test case coverage
- Defect metrics and quality indicators
- Ensure strict adherence to defined QA and test processes
- Conduct daily defect triage and discussions
- Manage and monitor overall team performance
- Coordinate with multiple client teams to ensure smooth UAT execution.
âś… Islamic Trade Finance Products:
- Murabaha Letter of Credit (Import / Export)
- Wakalah Letter of Credit
- Kafalah (Islamic Guarantees – Bid Bond, Performance Guarantee)
- Islamic Import & Export Bills
- Murabaha‑based Trade Financing
- Wakalah Trade Finance structures
- Shariah‑compliant trade amendments, settlements, and reporting
âś… Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: 9–13 years (relevant QA & Trade Finance experience)
- Domain Expertise: Oracle Trade Finance applications & Islamic products.
- Availability: Notice Period 0–30 days only
- Travel & Relocation: Must be open to traveling/relocating to UAE for a minimum of 6 months, based on project needs
