Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Test Lead based in Delhi NCR, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Test Lead will be responsible for developing and executing test strategies, managing testing activities, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. Key responsibilities include overseeing test planning, performing test execution, developing effective test strategies, and managing defect reporting and resolution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to meet project goals and achieve quality assurance objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Test Management, including planning and organizing test activities
- 4-5 years of experience is a mandat.
- Experience in Test Execution and Testing processes
- Ability to develop and implement effective Test Strategies
- Strong background in Quality Assurance methodologies and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to lead and guide testing teams effectively
- Experience in financial services or similar regulated industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
