What You'll Do
- Lead ATE test development and execution on Advantest V93000 platform using Smartest 8 and Smartest 7.
- Has good domain expertise and able to define Test strategy and Technical feasibility as applicable .
- Ability to anticipate the risk and benefits involved in multiple approaches and define the best approach
- Deep Insight on how the developed or provided solution will be used by end user(customer)
- Interface with design teams to define test strategies and coverage.
- Review test hardware (load boards, probe cards) and coordinate with hardware design engineers.
- Plan and manage test readiness, resource allocation, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with design, product engineering, and quality teams to optimize test strategies and reduce test time.
- Drive yield improvement and failure analysis through systematic debug and root cause identification.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in test methodologies and best practices.
