🚀 We're Hiring: Test Lead – Temenos T24 Migration (Core Banking)
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Temenos T24 Core Banking Migration, Trade Finance, end-to-end testing, and test team leadership within the banking domain.
📆 Contract Duration: 3-6 months (extendable)
🏡 Work Arrangement: Remote (Work From Home)
⏰ Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST PM IST
📍 Location Requirement: Must currently be residing in India 🇮🇳

🧩 Key Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of QA/Testing experience within the banking domain, with at least 3 years of dedicated experience in Trade Finance systems.
- Proven hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact Core Banking.
- Proven experience in Trade Finance and T24/Core Banking, which is mandatory for this position.
- Strong experience in Core Banking Migration, including LD to AA and loan migration activities.
- Solid knowledge and testing experience of both Islamic and Conventional Loan products.
- Proven experience testing Trade Finance systems, workflows, and financial transactions.
- Experience in GL / Oracle GL Reconciliation Testing and financial data reconciliation.
- Proven experience testing Digital Channels and Front-End Portals integrated with Core Banking systems.
- Strong experience testing complex financial integrations, including SWIFT messaging, local clearing networks, and Temenos T24 integrations.
- Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end test scenarios across multi-system and multi-channel banking workflows.
- Strong experience in test planning, estimation, execution, defect management, defect governance, and stakeholder reporting.
- Experience in Data Reconciliation, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover, and Go-Live Testing.
- Experience working in Agile or Hybrid delivery environments and collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, technology teams, and vendors.
- Exposure to test automation frameworks and scripting for banking and financial testing scenarios.
- Experience supporting regulatory compliance testing and audit evidence preparation within the banking industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes across complex, multi-system financial workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical testing activities and communicate technical issues to business stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in financial calculations, transaction accuracy, reconciliation, and payment message validation.
- Proven experience independently leading test teams and delivering end-to-end testing activities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end testing activities for Temenos T24/Core Banking Migration and Trade Finance projects.
- Develop and maintain the overall Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Approach, Test Schedule, and Test Estimates.
- Lead the test team and ensure effective allocation of testing activities, resources, and responsibilities.
- Define test scope, test objectives, test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Migration Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
- Lead testing for Trade Finance, Core Banking, Digital Channels, SWIFT, local clearing networks, and other banking system integrations.
- Manage and validate data migration, data reconciliation, financial calculations, GL reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.
- Plan and coordinate Dress Rehearsal, Cutover, and Go-Live testing activities.
- Monitor test execution progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of testing issues.
- Lead defect management and governance, including defect triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, escalation, and closure.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Business Users, Technology Teams, and external vendors to resolve defects and testing issues.
- Ensure that all critical business and financial scenarios are adequately covered and validated before release.
- Review and validate test results, reconciliation results, and evidence to ensure they meet project and business requirements.
- Provide regular test status reports, dashboards, defect reports, risk assessments, and stakeholder updates.
- Identify testing risks and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure appropriate testing evidence is maintained for audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Support business and technical teams during migration rehearsals, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live validation.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards across the project.
- Ensure the overall quality of the solution and provide clear Go/No-Go recommendations based on testing results, risks, and outstanding defects.
