8-15 years of total experience with minimum 3 years with Connex / ATM Experience Ø Should be able to understand user requirements in the form of user stories and build them in Test Driven Development Approach Ø Should have sound understanding of Connex Ø Should have sound understanding of ATM Domain Ø Should have experience in working in an Agile Environment. Ø Relationship with the Vendors to arrive at the high level estimates. Ø Liase with various governance teams to get the approvals in time. Ø Relationship with the business analysts in UK (mainly). Working closely with various stakeholders to understand the ‘As Is’ situation and to gather requirements, during the initial stages of the project. Ø Analyzing the requirements, identifying gaps and defining solutions for the gaps. Responsible for creating functional designs from business requirements – within the framework defined by the overall design and the IT-roadmap. Ø Responsible for the hand-over of the functional designs to the developers (who create technical designs and coding) Ø Responsible for review of the technical designs – to make sure the functional designs are correctly translated. Ø Write and / or review the test scenarios. Ø Work with the Test Team to define Test Strategy and Test Plan. Ø Responsible for making sure the actual system gets developed according specification and is thoroughly tested. Ø Perform the Business Acceptance Testing Ø Works with staff of possible external software vendors. Ø Contribute to the overall designs and architecture applications. Ø Ensure that any technology development is consistent with global principles and strategy. Ø Creating/reviewing Go-Live strategy and run book for the ATM project Ø Act as an Implementation Coordinator for the ATM Platform project
